| Report: | York 3 faced coastal 🏝 powerhouse Scarborough at home this week. Both teams were struggling for full squads; York without Trotter and Colin 'Senior Pro' Jaques, whilst Scarborough only managed to turn out 4 players - one of which was Dave Noble who had been in Amsterdam 🇳🇱 48hrs prior (nothing untoward to report ).
It finished 2 a piece in matches, with York taking the victory with the bye. None of the matches went the distance but it was an enjoyable night.
Disappointingly for Abbott and Ledner, Villarreal 🇪🇸 were unable to have the convincing win that they managed in their respective matches.
Next week York take on Wiggy in the bottom of the league "6 pointer" 😅, whilst Scarborough are looking for some bouncebackability against Stilly 💪 |
